Hiring an interior designer at the beginning of any renovation or construction project ensures that all materials, fittings and functional layouts are part of the total design.

We start with function and layer in style. Picture perfect spaces are attractive, but if they don't serve and support your lifestyle, you'll be frustrated.
We are fantastic communicators from start to finish. The process of building, renovating or refreshing a space involves a long list of decisions, as well as fluid communication with many contractors, tradesmen/tradeswomen, and vendors. We're also timely and thorough in keeping our clients apprised of progress.
We uniquely design each space and add interest through unexpected details. Most designers can provide a finished and furnished home, but we believe in customization, attention to detail, and infusing the owner's personality and interests into the design. Your home should reflect you and your unique life.
While there are many talented, trained, and experienced designers, fit is important; We take time to evaluate each client and project, ensuring our personalities and style work well together. We ask that each potential client complete the client inquiry form so we start off on the right foot.
AS THE CLIENT, CAN I SHARE MY OPINIONS?
Don’t worry, you’re not left out of the process. Before we begin designing, we want to get to know you; What do you love, need, and want? How do you function (or want to function) in your space? Who occupies your home and what is important to everyone? We listen to your desires and translate that into a design that is both beautiful and functional. We check in and consult with you before we start each design. Brooke Sipe Interiors is dedicated to helping each client fall in love with their home.
WHAT DOES YOUR DESIGN PROCESS LOOK LIKE?
We request you begin by completing our client inquiry form. Then, we'll have a quick, complimentary phone discussion about your project and if we seem like a great fit, we'll move forward with the following process:
1. Consultation: Each project starts with an in-person or virtual meeting to review space(s), client needs, goals, and project scope. We take time to discuss our design process in detail, review fees, discuss budget, and provide initial feedback for each space. We take this time to get to know you, your family, and how you wish to live in each space.
2. Design Plan: Following our consultation and contract execution, we'll get started on designing your unique space(s). We'll check in and present a mood board and space plans. After discussions and feedback, we'll dive into design details, produce 3D renderings, make product and material selections as well as draft a detailed contractor scope.
3. Execution & Project Management: As part of our full service design process, we'll draft construction documentation, manage all product ordering, tracking, and fulfillment. We’ll meet with contractors, check in on progress, troubleshoot unforeseen issues and attend to all details of each space and design.
4. Delivery and Installation: Once construction is complete and all products have arrived, we take time to coordinate the delivery and placement of all furnishings, artwork, window treatments, and wall hangings. Lastly, we professionally style your space.
WHAT DOES FULL SERVICE DESIGN ENTAIL?
Turnkey from start to finish, we create mood boards, floor plans, elevations, three-dimensional renderings, order samples, select finish materials, furnishings and fixtures. We design custom millwork, furniture, window treatments and more. We communicate with contractors, conduct site visits, and troubleshoot problems. We will place, track, and inspect orders, as well as coordinate delivery, installation and accessorize each space.
DO YOU OFFER ANY OTHER SERVICES?
Yes, Brooke Sipe Interiors offers consulting services for specific projects on an hourly basis, as well as a flat fee 'designer for a day' service. Whether it's selecting finishes and materials for a new build, assisting with furniture and accessory styling, or selecting artwork, we do offer hourly consulting.
HOW DO YOU CHARGE FOR YOUR SERVICES?
Brooke Sipe Interiors charges an hourly fee for all services. Each project is unique, so we create a scope of work, review budget, and provide an estimated amount of hours. We'll check in with clients as the project progresses and share updates on hours.
